The bureaucracy you have to go through just to get your business proposal to the right person is unbelievable. And the PPP wasn’t better.

2 million G$ is the starting to get your doc in, the permanent secretaries are the one who set the system up this way. the PS has more powers than Ministers and government minister don’t trust each other.

Its difficult for foreign investors to go solo into government department and be successful.
