PPP CYBER CRIMINAL IDENTIFIED
Over the pass weeks, we have been engaged with law enforcement, including federal and state investigators and officials from the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office, in connection with Police reports of death threads and other crimes made in March 2020, to the FBI, New York State Police and the NYPD.
Consequently there is an ongoing criminal investigation into People’s Progressive Party (PPP) member Vidyarthi Singh (aka Victor Singh) DOB: April 10 1970, last known address 1 Lampman Drive Grimsby Ontario L3M0E3 and 2683 Retriever Dr. Clermont, Florida 34711 USA.

Singh has over the last three months engaged in terroristic and death threats against Mr. Rickford Burke, President of the Caribbean Guyana Institute for Democracy (CGID) and other supporters of the government of Guyana, including Mr. England Gomes, a New York State resident.
Singh also criminally accessed and tampered with the official records of the New York State Criminal Division, which he then altered, forged and falsified to include Mr. Burke’s name and identity, and subsequently disseminated to the public to create the impression that Mr. Burke has a criminal record.
The obvious intent is to harras, defame, slanter and intimate Mr. Burke and others. CGID has been informed that Singh’s cyber crimes have been more extensive. The investigation into his terroristic and death threats, tampering and altering officials records and identify fraud is ongoing..
