"AFC Chairman Khemraj Ramjattan on Thursday weighed in on the issue in his personal capacity, acknowledging that those who hold seats in Parliament and have foreign passports are in breach of the Constitution, but saying that he believed that the law should be amended to accommodate them."

Did Kemraj Ramjattan buy his Law Degree.
How could one amend the law to accommodate those who are in breach of the Constitution of Guyana. The Constitution overrides every other piece of legislation in the country. If you want to amend, then amend the constitution. But that would needs a two thirds majority ( which the PNC/APNU and AFC do not have),not a simple majority( which the PNC/APNU and AFC have). Khemraj, you think people stupid.
