What happened to the 10% salary increase? Oh, they shouting empty accts, well these balance sheet accounts don't fund the increases, revenue flows does. The PPP cannot "tief" revenue flows post elections, so what happened, how did they come up with the promised increase?? Oh, leh we blame Maduro!
