Harmon is the De Facto President of Guyana. Even more than Jagdeo can ever be if the PPP wins the next general elections whenever the despotic PNC decides to not stand in the way of the voters.

Well, does Guyana really has a President? The man is MIA, I understand he is ill but what is stopping him from resigning. I thought FIT and PROPER was his thing.
