I was saying this for a long time. It is the government, not the opposition.

What is needed is a new voter's list. They need to delete those voters who migrated to foreign countries and delete those who died. Which government in the world would amend the constitution so that they can lose? Ramkarran is only one man's opinion.

The PNC created the system in 1980 so that they can win forever but when it starts to work against them, they want to change it again in their favour. Remember the Black clothes Police which the PNC formed. After the change in Government, they clamoured to have it changed also.

The PNC should know that they cannot have it both ways.

Good thing the PPP won. God bless the PPP and the President.
