City started the process by verbal communication with the office of the president .

for those of you who don’t have business in Guyana , this is the play out .

government knew what the outcome from the court would be, big box was paid out to politicians and city officials to judges . Tax payers get screw .

Its a know fact in Guyana no court order can be enforce on PNC supporters ( pavement vendors ) - they would burn and loot .
