This shows what a bunch of jackasses are in power. They don't understand economics, the basic concept of injecting revenue into a system and its effect on the economy. We saw this when they didn't give out bonuses to the civil servants this year, and now with the sugar workers and their severance. These idiots are in hunkerdown mode, waiting for oil. They will let the people suffer until oil revenues start coming in.
