Nah man, he explains the truth what occurred in a few past elections. Sometimes words are twisted and taken out of context.

The man wanted the Indian population to know that if PNC cannot rig the election and win, coolies will be raped, killed, houses and business burned to the ground. He is planting the seeds of violence in the PNC goons.
