this brings to mind of a store that closed in my mall just after the Christmas. They sold electronics and now some of the stuff is faulty, now the customers cannot return any of it to the store and they are pissed. They have to try to contact the manufacturers for warranty now, whereas some stores had a 30 day over the counter exchange warranty.
