Do you really believe the Coalition cares of flawed and not flawed? The goal now is to drag this out as long as possible. They had a plan prior to the NCV.

They have the domestic power structure on their side. The international community will not take punitive action in the foreseeable future. They calculated this.

I see more mess to come.
