They will do as they did before. Use the names of deceased people as voters and when the PPP screams they will have no ground to melt down into hysterics.

One would think that in Guyana a clean list is critical. A transparent one which can be verified by interested parties, the voters themselves and the various political parties.

But the PPP wants a bunch of dead people to vote PNC. If they don't want a current list that is their problem if the PNC uses this to rig. Any bets some young voters in Regions 2, 3 and 6 will not be added and voters in Regions 4, 7 and 10 will be padded? This is what the PPP wants.
