I don't think the PNC cares about house to house registration either. It is only one of their straw clutching attempts to delay the inevitable.
There is absolutely no question about that. A huge risk to take in this age of fast flowing information. They have lost all credibility.

But alas, their wrong and strong attitude doesn't afford them the ability to recognize the risks.
