Point taken in England. what delay GECOM from taking the birth registration with those 14 years and older and have it update in GECOM electoral database.. they knew since Dec 21/2018 election is coming.
There is also the claims and objection period.
Just after the December 2018 NCM, Patterson's doctor cleared him to return to work but he was told by the government to take lil mo time off.
