You yourself said that the election results are to be kept a secret so how come Volda had access to the results. You talking from both side of your mouth.

It matters there will be clarity on the disputed and unverified results of Region 4 by all parties .

The Courts have thrown out the first declaration, with the signature of Volda Lawerance [APNU-AFC counting agent ] ,by the RO for Region 4,case closed.

Volda Lawerance is the APNU-AFC counting agent for Region 4 ,and will be privy to the results ,she didn't declared the results before the RO made the declaration.

Seems to beating around the bush , not gathering information correctly ,avoid listening to Freedom House only ,try listening to others.
