Exactly! Companies make 2m profit one year so they forecast/project for 3m the next year. Instead of 3m they make 2.5m they then cry the blues profits went down we need to layoff.

They are insured for fraud, they have $$ coming out of their aholes either way. They can also go after the perps for fraud.
