At 16 most if not all are still children.

In defence of Nehru, he stated the Venezuelan girls are pretty at 16, I find nothing wrong with this, we all see younger pretty girls. I just do not like to hear anyone being forced to sell their body regardless of circumstance and worse if it is a child.
