I migrated a long time ago. But I had school friends who became customs officers and custom guards. They use to tell me some stories of what was going on. For example, leaving a person's shrimp cargo on the airport tarmac in the sun if no bribe was paid. This man Chue was an honest man. You need a crook in charge to catch the crooks because he knows all the scams.
