Even in this biased report from Guyana Times there is no allegation of fraud. Work was done for fees charged. The issue then is whether Ms. Hughes should have been making governmental decisions regarding a company she was involved in. If she was then there would a case for conflict of interest. However, when this story first surfaced Ms. Hughes indicated that she had relinquished management of the company to others. Why is Guyana Times flogging a dead horse?
