FLAMBOYANT KISHORE KUMAR

How can one ever describe Kishore Kumar? Interestingly one can try to, but we must remember that he has not only been immortalized by his songs, but also by his talents as an Actor, Producer, Director, Script-Writer, & Lyricist. His movies continue to be popular even now on TV, as do his songs on both TV and radio.

We know that he was a prolific singer, and he also sang in many other languages viz: Bengali, Hindi, Marathi, Assamese, Gujarati, Kannada, Bhojpuri, Malayalam and Oriya.

In showcasing Kishore Kumar, we will be featuring his songs in Hindi from the many Bollywood Movies, but before doing so, we shall be presenting a mini biography in this great son of the soil.
