This happens when you have cyclone over water with fishes and then moves over land.

As kids growing up, we were always told that the rain put the fish in the newly dug ponds. One primary school teacher told us that because of the so much rain and rapid condensation, fishes and sometimes eggs, are pulled out of the water. I don't think this is a new phenomenon.

The eye witness account of seeing fishes fell from they sky when it rains, is more believable than all UFO's accounts worldwide.
