You cannot just void a contract without showingv good cause. There must be a breach of the letter or spirit of the agreement. Of course, if they can prove bribery or fraud, they are stuck until it’s up for renegotiation, which I’m sure there is.

Does anyone remember Gaskin mention anything about this when the deal was being made? Probably not.
