The PNC only raised this argument to evade elections. If the CCJ rules in their favor, they will quickly abandon all conventional wisdoms and proceed with a heavy handed approach to government. They are not like you who can think beyond the present moment. They are confident that should they need another go to device in the future they will invent one and they are confident that their violent history will be enough to facilitate it.
