Dr. Shanti Singh is replaced by Dr. Rhonda Moore

Health Minister George Norton has announced that Dr. Shanti Singh will be replaced by Cuban trained Dr. Rhonda Moore as PROGRAMME Manager of the National Aids Programme Secretariat (NAPS). Dr. Singh is the wife of former Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport under the People’s Progressive Party Civic (PPPC), Dr Frank Anthony.
