WV are like PPP slaves. They vote for their slave masters. This is a state where the white poverty is as high as it is among blacks in poor neighborhoods. In parts of WV up to 40% of the kids are being raised by their grand parents, because their parents are incarcerated, or drug addicted.
Yet they vote for Trump, a man who only builds luxury housing for the ultra rich!
