Each party has a fraction of 1 seat. The party with the largest fraction gets the seat. Now that you know the actual result of the March 02, 2020 election, why do you want a recount? The PPP/C wins the election.
A recount is not going to change anything. Totaram, don't make excuses for your inept brothers in the Coalition. They are ignorant and stupid just like you.

If it’s fake, why not complete verification of region 4 and end all speculation? Oh, leh me guess, PPP stopped the process!
