It’s not an equation, it’s simple arithmetic. The CCJ will overturn as it calls into question other governing principles.

I believe the judges knew this but buying time for the PNC. The PNC rig machine got caught flatfooted so they need time to get their plans in place.

The PNC don’t intend to relinquish power in 2020!
