As did many slave owners. Please tell us about all of the heads of state owned corporations and commissions who were black under the Jagdeo era. Everything I have read about Forbes Burnham suggest the man was a straight shooter...he may have been a dictator and power-drunk but he was also known to be a family man, and a person NOT given to being sexually immoral or being a womanizer...like some of the PPP leaders...
