Can you tell me what happened to the money from tgecsugar Levy, which was the original question asked by Dave?

Regarding the Skeldon factory, if my memory serves me correctly, Bookers who were at that time part of the management team indicated that they had no problems with the technical evaluation of the proposed mill, that there was no great difference between the two main contenders. Jagdeo, to my knowledge, is not a technical expert when it comes to issues such as this and had to depend on the technical advice he received. Why not blame the technical consultants and those who did the evaluation.
