Also, please note the comments on the state of the sugar industry prior to the PPP replacing the PNC dictatorship.

Do you really grasp what the report is about ? It's nothing to do with past, it's a guideline to restructure the industry to cut cost, with the drop in EU pricing of sugar.

Can you tell why approx US$200M Skeldon Sugar Factory is a dud and how GUYSUCO progressed after 2008, were they able to cut cost to stay profitable ?
