Guyana need Islamic penal laws then you will see an almost crime free country. But then again the same one who talking about crimes will be the first ones to rebel against it.

Remember ayuh had the remedy for all the crimes when in opposition, today Rumjaat still drunk. Police pushing drugs and taking bribes, then again Granger pardons the Black criminals.
