At the risk of being labelled a PNC apologist, as usual you're spewing bilge. Do really believe all this is new? As Indo-Guyanese you should know these sort of crimes were in the past ignored. Culturally, speaking out was Taboo. People just didn't speak about it. I am sure you know of cases of incest and rape. All of a sudden Guyanese changed? Maybe now people are actually speaking out because there is a glimmer of hope that they might get some justice.
