Rule number one is you do not create passwords from common names of people or things. It is best you use a word created from a sequence of uppercase and lower case letters and symbols greater than eight characters in length but 16 such characters is best. Passwords created out of common words can be broken in a few minutes if that long.


You can create a password from any dam thing that pleases you. there are no Password police
at least not yet and as for UpPeR and LOweR
Case just use the cap lock button.You Just Have to Be creative.


I agree. So you can remember them easily.
I have no time for this pasword nonsense. It's paranoia created by IT people to sound like they doing work.
All my passwords are the same. Nobody ever hacked into them.
