Reply to "Collier on Resource curse"

A comment to the idiot Justin Nedd who said the internet creates faux experts who have no authority to question the government handling our oil. I say use your google fu  well so you are not victims of cycles of poverty where  a few government officials and their pet parasites like Nedd get rich on our assets. We need to become educated consumers of information.  Do not let men like  Nedd who by the way oversee a company that under-served us for three decades, deter to from recognizing a con when it is before you.

You need to use the resource of the web,  associates who understand the economics of these issues  and become critical consumers of the information being presented. Do not be apathetic and let the present crooks in office robe you of your national wealth.. We have to avoid the criticisms as that from the idiot Mr Justin Nedd, Chief Executive Offi-cer (CEO) of Guyana Telephone & Tele-graph Company (GTT) who insist the web for example, produces shallow fools who are needlessly critical of big men like himself who are in the know.

Avoid *******s like this and use the web  for your information as above and local bookstore as additional resources. It is how we did it in college with the library substituting for the web and our peers who may be professors themselves, as our professors.  As everyone of you know. the university simply give you the tools for critical analysis. You know what you know and are an expert in by virtue of your experience and curiosity.

The Web is an aid to autodidacts in every area of inquiry. You can quickly become knowledgeable of many things beyond ten university degrees on Utube for example.   You go to youtube if you need to resolve your auto engine failure codes and in a short time you know everything about it and only need to speak to the mechanic to do the work and he cannot jip you.

Same with anything. If you need to play a song  exactly as the musician did it you tube has it. You may not have their talent but you become experienced in how they did it. If you need to understand what is the resource curse...a hundred professors are there to help. It is not about becoming "oil experts" as the idiot Mr Justin Nedd feels authoritative identify. It is to tell him he is an ass and you can easily demonstrate it by using the resources of the net . Need to know about  oil contracts, improve your self net resources from places like this. Make use of that University learning to be consumers of information. The government is out to screw you.
