There are differences in Countries Financing and Business Financing. One can save money by digging hole to fill a hole in Business Financing , providing you have equity in other investments, thought you knew that.

- Don’t compare Guyana to other countries financial status. ( I see you is a smart old man)
- when me make reference to you as a businessman, apply your business/ economic sense to Guyana economy ( not to a private business, you must reread and read over comments before you hit the keyboard)
tell me what resources Guyana have, that would generate the revenue to refill any loans for FREE education.
If not for the oil coming, Guyana would be a lost state and it will, if proper management is not put in place.
The Potatoes planting they experiment with.. that was done years ago. It can only grow in Kato ( Kimbia ) the only resource of transport is by aircraft.. it’s cheaper to buy Potatoes from Holland that flying potatoes from Kimbia.
