CNN playing politics. The WHO has not classified as pandemic, they have increased the likelihood of a pandemic to 40%. Trump is not to blame here, the Chinese Govt suppressed it, persecuted the doctor who first picked it up and the botched the diagnosis. By the time they came clean, it had spread.
