His smarts and wisdom lead him to conclude that India should establish strong relationships with Eritrea and Tajikistan, however, he knows nothing whatsoever about Eritrea and Tajikistan and cannot explain why he believes such an arrangement will be beneficial to India ! He wants to partition Guyana into two states; once consisting of Essequibo and Berbice and the other being Demerara which is located directly between Essequibo and Berbice ! It really is a rarity for us to encounter such brilliance, isn't it ! Prashad has never set foot in India or Pakistan, he cannot read, write or speak even a short Hindi or Urdu phrase but he is sufficiently and authoritatively informed to confirm that there is a movement in Azad Kashmir to secede from Pakistan.
