Exactly my point. But did the PPP allow it to go into disrepair just because it was built by the PNC?
Unlike the Berbice bridge the DHB is not a private company
Things seem so messed up all around. I always thought it was Gov’t with private investors, including NIS.
How could you place a key infrastructure in private hands? Then the govt should Nationalize and pay off investors. I doubt they can just walk away.
