Words have consequences. The Carter Center representatives went out of their way to point out what is taking place in Africa where the people don’t benefit from their leaders’ actions. This is strong reprimand to the PNC that the Carter Center regard them as usurpers.

Meanwhile, Williams still sounds like an idiot 😀.
