Succinct issues ...

1. Elections must be held by the end of March, 2019.

2. Government MUST resign and remain in office to effect the elections.

If the PNCR/AFC remain in government after the designated date in March, 2019, they will be occupying the office in an unauthorized manner.

One needs to observe as issues develop.
