Now if the ethnic demographics of Guyana were different do you really think that he would have won ONCE much less twice.

This is like a man who is 6' 5" boasting that he can jump higher than a man who is 5'10". With Indians being the largest voting bloc obviously Jagdeo had an advantage.

What you cannot prove is that he developed increasing support among the non Indian population. He didn't.
