This story fits the description of a person I worked with in the late 1960s/early 1970s at the PWD, as a storekeeper, in Triumph ECD.He would be around 96 now and I knew his daughter Maureen. The thing that puzzles me is that we knew him by Joe Persaud. Was he ever referred to as Joe.
