Stop talking scheizer! Dalits/OBCs are official groups in India protected by the "reservation" (affirmative action) law. They hold annual events in India pushing for rights and have their symbol and flag they carry around to ID themselves!

This is a public forum. Set up a forum and force people to show their Indian passports and then you can limit it.
