The missing documents were stolen after the count for March 02 election shows that the PPP was winning. This clearly indicates that the PNC agents stole the SOPS. Why did they stop counting? Yes! They did it to bide time in order to rig the election in favour of APNU/AFC. Ramjattan knows it and concedes the election. Claudette Singh knows it and orders Lowenfield to declare the results which he refuses to do after talking with Granger.

The whole world knows it only those PNC supporters pretend not to know it. Those Katahar Koolies who wants to be black also pretend not to know it.
