Ron, unfortunately some of us don't have the choice of living a totally healthy life whether mental or physical. You do not need to have a mental illness to detect deception, you do not need a mental illness period, you just need to be observant and it does not take an illness to be so. I sure hope you get the correct help needed to get you out of your situation and maybe just bringing something such as the lesson posted by Anta to the attention of those around you can be a start.By doing so you will show that you are interested in finding help for your illness.
