Your uncle had special utensils for poor ass indians to use when they worked at his house. He was high up in the PPP and proof of not having a clue existed with him. And now, as the way PPP operates, his daughter is a Minister in the government. She does not possess the clue either.

I do not think the people who can do something gets to the PPP.

I have a clue alright, create a regional organization that shows progress.
