They will have to hold the Elections. Two persons from the Carter Center met with reps for the Gov't and GECOM today.

I will believe it when I see it my brother. Noteworthy is it shouldn’t have required the Carter Center intercession again like it did in 1990 (but dragged out till 1992) to get the PNC to respect the law. Nonetheless, I will be looking for that announcement today.
