Perhaps, Trotman believes that a project can be constructed, tested and then be in operation in a short time.

Perhaps the Asians need to tell Guyanese why they promised to perform value added production since the PPP gave them their licenses, and many years later, show no evidence that they are going to do as they said that they would do.

The specific issue is steps to provide this aspect of the contract.

 

We now need to wait until after the designated period to see what develops.
