That’s a lot of dollars for drones. I don ‘t see the immediate need for drones compared to the need for electricity everyday. Spend the money on the basic need, give the people electricity everyday.

The drones are to be used for surveillance of Guyana porous borders,where lots of illegal activities are happening.

Saw they working pun the Electricity.
