I think the global warming is real and everywhere people will be uneasy with fossil fuel. China is already taking steps, India is well on its way and if the Dems win in 2020, get ready for a  massive drive to green tech. I think they will win so the reality is the all electric car society or water fueled cars are not but 10 years away. It is a pipe dream oil will remain the primary fuel to our economic engine. 

Fossil fuel will be around for awhile, Guyana stands to benefit , hopefully the government planners use the revenue to create other industries. Guyana have lots of land focus should be on Agriculture, especially cash crops.

We will pollute ourselves into the dirt. Further, do you think we should take our share in crude as is proposed? We are royally screwed right there. We cannot manage a cake shop!

You have a point, if not managed properly expect pilfering, demand should made to disclose all monthly sales.
